They are slit to narrower widths from mill width coil offering different types of alloys and tempers. 2mm is the maximum slitting gauge thickness but thicker material can be ordered directly from supplying mills. 6061 T6511: Our Flat Bar range is used to support the Aerospace, Motorsport, high performance, general machining, hydraulic and engineering sectors it provides a structural grade with a high strength to weight ratio. We supply this material in a T6511 temper which provides additional stress relief to T6 Temper. Our size range from 25.4mm wide x 50.8mm to 152.4mm wide to 177.8mm

6060 T5: Our Flat Bar range is used for general purpose and architectural sectors, we provide this in a mill finish and a clear anodised finish. This grade can be chemically brightened, anodised and powder coated. Our size range from 3mm x 10mm to 25mm x 160mm.

Name: Round Bar

We stock quality extruded aluminium Solid rods in the following grades, offering an accurate cut to size service:

6061 T6/T6511: Our rod range is used to support the Aerospace, Motorsport, high performance, general machining and engineering sectors it provides a structural grade with a high strength to weight ratio. We supply this material in a T6511 temper which provides additional stress relief to T6 Temper. Our diameter range from 6.35mm to 304.8mm diameters.

6060 T5: Our rod range is used for general purpose and architectural sectors, this grade can be chemically brightened, anodised and powder coated. Our diameter is range from 10mm to 25mm in diameter.

Name: Square Bar

6060 T5: This Square Bar range is used for general purpose and architectural sectors, this grade can be chemically brightened, anodised and powder coated. Our sizes ranges from 6mm to 65mm.

5083 H116/H112/H321: Our plate range is used to support the Transport and Marine sectors it is a structural strength marine application plate. Our thickness ranges from 3.0mm to 100.0mm

6061 T651: Our plate range is used to support the Aerospace, Motorsport, high performance, general machining and engineering sectors, it provides a structural grade with a high strength to weight ratio. We supply this material in a T651 temper which provides additional stress relief to T6 Temper. Our thicknesses ranges from 6.35mm to 203.2mm.

7075 T651: Our plate range is used to support the Motor sport, Aerospace and high-performance sectors providing a high strength toughness and corrosion resistance application. We supply this material in a T651 temper which provides additional stress relief to T6 Temper. Our thickness ranges from 6.35mm to 152.4mm.

Desc: 5-bar pattern in a semi/bright finish providing a marine application. Our thickness ranges from 1.6mm to 6mm. We provide this Treadplate in several different widths and lengths, offering an accurate cut to size service and folding capabilities.

Propeller Plate 3003 H22: Single bar pattern chemically brightened in a polish finish providing a marine application. Our thickness ranges from 1.6mm to 4.76mm, offering an accurate cut to size service and folding capabilities.

Desc:Sheet: We stock quality rolled aluminium sheeting products in the following grades and finishes, offering an accurate cut to size service and folding capabilities:

5005 H34: Mill Finished and PE coated - This is the most commonly used sheet for fabrication, sheet metal, general purpose and commercial use. Our thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 6mm. We provide this Sheet in several different widths and lengths.

5052 H32: Mill finish only – used for Marine application it has corrosion resistance with a medium strength. Our thickness ranges from 1.6mm to 3mm.
